Reasons to Embrace Change
Friday, January 4th, 2008Mike George reflects on change in ministry and lists the following reasons to embrace change:
- Change keeps us alert
- Change causes us to continue to trust in God and not in “our own understanding”
- Change stretches us
- Change gets us out of our comfort zone
- Change, or the possibility of change, should cause us to plan ahead
- Change can be God’s way of helping us not settle for the status quo
- Change is a good challenge for our gifts and leadership skills.
